Se inaplicó el Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000 por ser incompatible con la Constitución Política, en consecuencia se declaró que el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio –Sala de Familia- es el competente para conocer de la tutela formulada por el ciudadano de la referencia.
Se ordenó remitir el expediente al mencionado para que actúe conforme a la ley.

- Primero. INAPLICAR , por ser incompatible con la Constitucion Politica, el Articulo 1o del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
- Segundo. DECLARAR que el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villaviencio -Sala de Familia- es el competente para conocer de la accion de tutela formulada por el ciudadano LUIS EDUARDO BERMUDEZ URREGO.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General se remitan oportunamente las diligencias al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio - Sala de Familia -, al Despacho de la Magistrada a la cual le fueron inicialmente repartidas.
